Factory Reset

Use Factory Reset to restore the device to its original factory configuration.

How to Use​

  • Open the Actions menu for the device.
  • Select Factory Reset Device.
  • Select Keep Redirector Bottom to persist device certificates after the reset(Optional).
  • When prompted with the device serial number, click Start Reset to confirm.

Result​

  • The device will reset to its factory settings.
  • All existing configurations on the device will be removed.
